Heather facilitated an entire day of house hunting for us, and was very accommodating with our limited schedule. Other than the one trip to house-hunt, the rest of the process was done remotely. Heather was very responsive to our requests, and went above and beyond to facilitate the buying process for us despite the distance. The concierge list was extremely helpful considering our limited knowledge of the area, and having to complete the process from another state.
