Hi, I’m Heather Neill—a Realtor, artist, and firm believer that real estate should be personal, purposeful, and inspired.

With 25 years in real estate and a background as both a broker and entrepreneur in multiple states, I’ve helped hundreds of clients—from first-time buyers to seasoned investors—find their perfect place to call home. But beyond the numbers and negotiations, what drives me is service: treating every person the way I believe Jesus would—honestly, thoughtfully, and with deep respect.

I started my real estate career in north-central Florida, later opening a second boutique brokerage in the hills of West Virginia, where I introduced elevated marketing practices like professional photography and 3D tours before they were standard in the area. I’ve always believed that every listing, no matter the price point, deserves the kind of care and creativity that helps it shine.

Now, based in the stunning Sonoran Desert, I serve clients across Tucson, Oro Valley, Casas Adobes, and Tubac—areas I love not just for their landscapes, but for the lifestyle they offer. The dramatic light, the warm architecture, the majestic mountains, the vibrant arts community—it all speaks to my soul. As a stained glass artist (see my work here), I see homes differently. I notice details. I pay attention to how a space makes people feel. And I believe beauty matters—especially in the place you call home.
